Shipping + Returns

 

SHIPPING

We ship using Express Post through Canada Post. All packages are traceable with $100 insurance coverage. We offer free shipping on orders within Canada over $150 (before tax). Orders less than $150 within Canada, there will be a $15 shipping fee.

USA orders are sent by US Expedited Parcel with a flat shipping fee of $30.

 

In-stock items will be shipped and delivered within 10 business days (Express Post). If your piece is not in stock it can take up to 3 weeks to receive. You are welcome to come visit our studio in Tors Cove, to pick up your order.

*If you’re on a tight timeline you can select a quicker shipping method at the checkout, there will be an additional fee. (Only available for Canadian orders)

For orders outside Canada, please contact Hillside Fine Craft directly before placing your order.

Please note that Hillside Fine Craft is NOT responsible for any duties or taxes on United States or International shipments. Orders to the United States or Internationally cannot be returned.

 

RETURN POLICY

All items are final sale.

Although, if you would like to exchange your item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase except for earrings which are not eligible for exchange.  Shipping expense is that of the customer.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, original packaging and free from signs of wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a exchange, you can contact us at hillsidefinecraft@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. Please contact us before shipping an item back for exchange.

Special or custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Thank you.
